We need a caregiver with a flexible schedule, willing to work overnights if needed. We often do not get more than 2-3 days notice of a shift change that will make an overnight necessary. But that shift would be 11pm-10 a.m. We have one son who needs a nanny 3 days a week to help bridge the gap between dad going to work and mom coming home. Baby will need a morning diaper change and feeding but otherwise will want to sleep or be held and talked to. He is currently teething and we ask that no medication be given to him unless it is approved by mom or dad in the moment. He is a very happy baby and loves a good cuddle. We work on tummy time every day and he is learning to roll so he cannot be left out of eyesight. Assistance with bottle washing would be wonderful or if he has a diaper blow-out a load of his laundry if there is enough cloths to wash. We live in a gated building and safe area but will ask that the baby does not leave the apartment unless we ask otherwise. Our son loves to be held, talked to (not baby talk), bounced, and he loves his activity center but can only play in it for 15-20 minutes before he gets upset. We are working on rolling and sitting up. I would like our caregiver to be able to perform infant CPR. Otherwise timeliness is the most important trait. My husband can not be late for his job and neither can I. We will get you access to the gate for the building. Otherwise there is ample parking around the building. We have one Cat named George Michael. He is a black and white American shorthair. Extremely friendly once he gets used to you, until then he will stare and lurk. Not aggressive. We do not let him on baby things but he has never been a problem about it.
