Flexible Part-time Sitter Nanny Position For 11 And 12 Year Old Homeschoolers!

Looking for nanny/sitter for our family. We do online homeschooling, however my kids are now 12 and 11 so don't need too much help. Looking for someone to just check in and make sure school work is getting done, supervise other activities (crafts, swimming (we have our own pool) outdoor activities, etc). I work from home but am on calls most of the day. Tue/Thur part-time schedule working 10-3 is ideal, but we are flexible. Opportunities for more hours on weekends if interested. We are a fun living family. We love our four-legged fur baby. He will be 4 this year but is well behaved, but looking for someone who is comfortable around big dogs. Our kids are involved in extracurriculars including soccer, flag football and gaming. As a homeschool family, it's important that we find ways to socialize with others. We have found that the best caregivers for our kids are energetic, creative and adaptable. We do our best to keep to a schedule, however given our lifestyle doing homeschool and extracurriculars there are days where things pop up unexpectedly. We love learning new things so if you have ideas on ways to improve or try new things we are open to suggestions! We have a family home with a driveway, so you are welcome to park there. If for some reason, the driveway is unavailable there are plenty of spots on the neighborhood street to park. I would say that reliable transportation is a necessity, as public transportation is not readily available nearby. We have a 4-year-old lab mix rescue. He's very well behaved, and the heart of our family. He often spends time in my room with me while I work, but occasionally might need one of the kids to take him on a walk and I would prefer if they were supervised while doing so. Otherwise, he's very low maintenance.
