- Provide attentive care to our baby girl throughout the day while we work from home. - Help with developmental activities/milestones, including a focus on tummy time, as she is currently facing challenges in this area. - Ensure she receives her formula feedings every three hours or sooner, based on her feeding cues. She requires an enhanced formula due to her preemie status and growth needs. - Collaborate with us to provide the best environment for her development. - Extensive experience working with newborns, particularly preemies. - Must be fully vaccinated, including TDAP and flu vaccines, as advised by her NICU doctor. - Ability to demonstrate empathy, patience, and dedication in providing the best care for our baby girl. -Salary and schedule a bit flexible for the right nanny.
