Seeking Full-time Nanny For Infant, Offering Guaranteed Hours, Vacay/sick Pay, W2, & Direct Deposit

Two WFH parents seeking a conscientious, experienced, full-time nanny (40+ hours/wk, M-Th) for our 19-month-old daughter and afterschool care for our 5-year-old daughter. We are parents experienced with working with nannies, with a deep respect for the nannying profession and you. We proudly provide a written contract, 40 Guaranteed Hours, 1. 5x overtime pay, W2 documentation, accrued PTO and sick days, and weekly direct deposit got the details covered so you can focus on being a great nanny! We know how to build good working relationships, and are big on honest, open communication, aligning on expectations up front, and figuring out how to make things work. Our current nanny formed a close bond with our family, but needs to end her time with us early for personal reasons. We hope to find another great nanny to join our family!
