Looking For Energetic And Fun Nanny For Two Girls (2.5/Infant)! Schedule Is Consistent But Flexible!

Hello! We are looking for a nanny who can get to know our family and be a consistent presence. The schedule is flexible and we can look at a couple set days a week. I have help with two grandmas as well. Weekend care and evenings needed on occasion. Family trips at times (usually Disney/Cruises/long weekends). Looking for someone who is energetic, loves kiddos, reliable, and a good communicator. We need you to have a safe and reliable vehicle as you would be transporting to/from school at times, trips to the park, etc. Pay is negotiable based on the level of service you would provide. Light Housekeeping as we do expect tidying up kids rooms, dish assistance, kids laundry at times, and small tasks as needed. Heavy housekeeping is not expected. Just keep things looking clean and tidy. Your set days can be flexible because the grandmas can be flexible. It can also change week to week at times, I just have to be mindful of giving the grandmas time to rest and get things done. Our current Nanny is moving at the end of March. As a schedule example, she Nanny's all day on Thursdays and Fridays and Wednesday evening weekly from around 4:00-8:00. We then ask her for availability as needed or swapping days with grandmas as needed. We have a 2. 5-year-old daughter and another daughter on the way in March.
