Seeking a nanny for our 7-month-old son. My wife is Active Duty Air Force but is transitioning out of the military Spring of 2025. I work in the automotive industry, so my schedule varies. When my wife separates the plan is to still use the nanny but from that point our needs will change from Monday through Friday to varying but at that time we are hoping to continue working with whomever will be with us starting in December 2024. He is our first kiddo, and we take opening our home and his world to someone new very seriously. We have one pet who is a silver lab and is 65lbs who will need to go out a few times of day as well.
