Past 4 p.m. they wake up from nap and we do some sort of activity (go for a walk, read a book, watch a movie) my older daughter will help me cook while my youngest plays in her room (we have a monitor to watch her but if not we use the pack play in the kitchen) I will already have prepared food so they may continue to play. We put them to bed with a movie at 8:30-9 p.m. and they will remain in bed. Sometimes after the movie is done I will play rain sounds and put a sleep timer on the TV. Usually they already asleep in which I dont go in to bother them. If aria wakes up at night before we are home give her a bottle and warm in up in the bottle warmer.
