My 3-year-old loves outside and my 1-year-old loves to play inside. They are polar opposites. Both kids are up at 6 a.m. daily with nap at 10 a.m. until 1:30 p.m. and bedtime at 8 p.m. for the 1-year-old and 9:30 p.m. for the 3-year-old. We definitely follow the kids leads when it comes to the day.
