L. loves books and could read all day long. He loves playing outside, going to the park, and climbing. He also loves the movie the Grinch (2018 cartoon version), Ms. Rachel, and Bluey. He is developmentally delayed due to chronic ear infections and 60 decibels of hearing loss before he had tubes put in. He hears great now but is very speech delayed and has some sensory issues that we are working on. He is a sensory seeker with a lot of energy but is very loving and sweet. He loves to laugh and be cheeky. We do not have any other kids in the family, and he feels more comfortable around other adults over other kids and does best with one on one attention. We want someone with a child development and early education background. Parking is easily available. We live in a house. They will be able to park in the driveway or on the street. No, we do not have any pets.
