Nanny Needed For 3 Year Old

Seeking a nanny for my 3-year-old daughter! She goes to school 8-3 p.m. m-f. Seeking a nanny consistently for Tuesday and Thursday 3/4- 9/9:30 with the occasional Friday or xtra day. Light housekeeping is always appreciated but not expected. We have a play room and activities on screened in patio. Communication is everything at this age, as well as structure. Expectations include keeping her safe, activities, feeding her dinner and snacks, occasional late nap, walks, or playtime. I am very compassionate yet believe in structure. We have one cat and toddler proofed home. I would be at work or at commitments during caretaking. Looking for a longterm nanny if possible!
