About Our Family: We are a nurturing two-mom family looking for a loving, structured, and engaging nanny for our inquisitive and kind 2-year-old son. We are looking for someone who will actively engage with our son through play, activities, and exploration, no screens. What We're Looking For: Experience caring for toddlers, especially 2-year-olds Engaging, structured, and interactive approach (not just supervising) Familiarity with or willingness to incorporate Montessori/Waldorf principles Kind, patient, and aligned with respectful/gentle parenting techniques LGBTQ+ affirming and supportive of our two-mom family CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain)
