Once you're on the Twinkle Toes team, you'll have access to our online scheduling system so that you can pick up extra shifts if you want, and do babysitting on nights and weekends. We are seeking a warm, experienced, and reliable long-term nanny to join two wonderful families and provide dedicated care for their little ones. This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about early childhood development and creating a nurturing, engaging environment for young children. One family has a 6-month-old, while the other has a 6-month-old and a 2-year-old. Your daily responsibilities will include all essential care such as feeding, diaper changes, maintaining sleep schedules, and engaging in age-appropriate developmental activities to support motor skills, sensory exploration, and early learning. For the 2-year-old, you will also focus on encouraging independence, language development, and engaging in interactive play. The ideal candidate is attentive, proactive, and committed to fostering a loving and stimulating atmosphere.
