About the job
Looking for a semi regular sitter for the weekday afternoons to start. R is 14 months old & a true water baby. Basically loves anything having to do with climbing or the water. R is a little speech delayed. She needs talking to all day. Narrating every activity, Reading to her, playing w/ flash cards, & long dramatic pauses when asking her a question so she can decide if she wants to answer. Familiarity w/ baby sign language is a plus. I work from home & the baby takes 1 nap. We want someone at minimum to be here when she wakes to engage w/ her when I have phone or online meetings. We have a 2 yr old basset hound. She's very friendly & wants to be included in everything. My little one was conceived via IVF & there is no "father" in the picture. I require a sitter who is LGBT supportive.
