Nanny For 9 Month Old :)

We are looking for a nanny on Tuesdays/Thursdays for our 9-month-old baby girl. Would love someone experienced in the area of early childhood and who is comfortable with pets, as we have two dogs. She is beginning to play more and is curious about her surroundings and we want someone who will help educate her and build her play skills. Mom works from home majority of the time, but does do some traveling on certain days which is why we would need someone flexible.
