Our 1. 5-year-old loves reading books, dancing to music, splashing in water, and building (and knocking down) block towers! He's energetic, playful, and curious, and enjoys someone who will be silly and interactive with him. He's still developing his speech and would benefit from a sitter who is patient and encouraging - someone who talks with him often, names objects, reads with expression, and supports language through play and repetition. We value kindness, communication, and someone who's genuinely engaged in helping little ones grow. We're looking for a caregiver who is warm, patient, and playful - someone who truly enjoys interacting with toddlers. They should be attentive, calm, and creative in engaging our son through play, music, and conversation.
