About the job
After school care needed for 3 days: Thurs Jan 30th, Fri Jan 31st, and Mon February 3rd from 2 pm-7 p.m. Our nanny is going out of town. Job typically pays $30/hr for one 6-year-old boy-or $550 for all 3 days if sitter is reliable. Involves walking child 1 block home from the bus stop-no driving. My son will need a snack, but I'm usually home by 615 or 630 p.m. to provide dinner- actual time supervising child is closer to 4 hours (bus drops off at 220pm). Should have experience with special needs (or be extremely patient with a calm demeanor & resilient to chaos-looking for someone who is not bothered by much and flexible with expectations and scheduling). My son has ADHD and is not an easy child to watch. No housekeeping or meal prep involved. I also need a repeat sitter on Sat and/or Sundays (anytime) for a few hours if interested.
