Me and the wife are now working full-time starting mid-Dec so we will need someone for every weekday, most likely. Our little girl is the sweetest and most friendly. She loves to play, loves attention. We expect the caregiver to give her the love and respect she deserves. We've never done this before and we only have our one girl so this is all new and scary for us.
