On Going Nanny Needed 3-4 Days A Week!

Hi all! I'm looking for a baby sitter for my 18m old son. My husband and I both work from home while my husband does leave to run work errands during the day I'm always at home. We're looking for someone 3-4 days out of the week The expectations are to be punctual. That's extremely important as I have work meetings that start as early as 9 a.m. Punctuality is 100% a dealbreaker and reliable transportation. Playing, breakfast, snacks and lunch (which I mostly prepare myself), afternoon nap which is 1-2 hours typically. Cleans/organizes toys, folds his clothes etc. We're very particular about who we let around our son. Over all we a laid back, outgoing fun family. Love sea world, splash pads, the beach, long walks and just being outside! I'm big on gentle parenting/non toxic life style and would love someone who has those values.
