Our boy will be about 12 weeks when looking for care to start. My husband and I work from home but both have pretty demanding jobs and need some help so that we can work. Specific care would be that our child has reflux so need to spend time with feeding the bottle and taking breaks and then having him sit up for 30 min after every feeding which is every 2-3 hours
