Babysitting For A 7 Month Old Little Girl

We're looking for a caring, reliable babysitter to help care for our 7-month-old daughter, starting on an as-needed basis with the hope of finding someone long-term who becomes a true part of our family. The role includes supporting H development, engaging in age-appropriate play, helping with light housekeeping, and being comfortable with our two well-behaved cats. We're seeking someone flexible, trustworthy, and ready to build a lasting relationship with our family. References are required, and we'll begin with a meet-and-greet to ensure a good fit. Please note that we would like to meet someone in home first and both my husband and I will be there for an interview process. This position also will have a trial basis with in home observation by myself.
