Nanny Needed For 1 Child In Wilmington

I need a nanny for my 1 child in Wilmington. My son is 5 yrs old non verbal autistic. He sometimes has SIBs and will temper tantrum for 5mins to 1 hour at times but hasn't happened lately. He needs some time to get familiar with you as my son is uncomfortable with new people and surroundings. As you pair with him through the week you'll realize he has certain patters and behaviors everyday as the week goes on. My son loves throwing toys and banging objects as he his very stimulated with sounds of that nature. My son will sometimes engage in behavior such as grabbing arms and throwing objects. Despite the behaviors he is mostly happy in his environment and enjoys playtime with his sensory toys. If you feel like this job will be fit for you please dont hesitate to contact me.
