About the job
My wife and I are seeking a regular baby-sitter to assist with childcare for our 34-month-old daughter and 11-month-old son. We are looking for someone to come 2-3 afternoons between Monday and Friday, for between 4-6 hours. The sitter would not be solely responsible for both kids throughout that time (my wife stays at home), but there may be times where that is requested for errands etc. The exact time is flexible, but preferably help is available through around 7-7:30 to assist with bedtime. Ideally, the candidate would have availability for periodic additional shifts during the week, on the weekend, or in the evening. We previously had a long-term sitter and prefer again working with someone who can be with us for a while. That said, we will consider people with shorter availability (such as over the summer) as a stop-gap measure.
