About the job
We are looking for someone who is available for 3-6 hours per day M-F. We may not need you every single day, as my husband works a shift schedule, but I will pay a steady rate for all 5 days of the work week regardless if we give you some days off. Therefore, we will pay at a fixed rate per week for you to keep that availability open, regardless if the time use used up or not. I will be home working during these hours, while my husband works shift work that varies week-to-week. You will know 1 week in advance what we will require for the following week. So you will get paid for the full week, but may only be needed for 3 of the 5 days, for example. Some days we may require 3 hours, other days we may require 6. Seeking someone comfortable swimming in our pool with 5y/o daughter. Non-smokers only & CPR certified preferred. No holidays
