Were seeking a reliable caregiver for our 4-month-old daughter, 2 days a week (4-6 hours, 11 a.m. - 6 PM). Potential for more hours/days, with a possibility of year-round care if its a good fit. Responsibilities: - Care for baby during wake windows (30-90 minutes), including feeding, playing, and soothing. - Assist with contact naps (baby prefers to nap while held). - Prepare bottles, administer gas drops, and change diapers. - Ensure babys comfort in the nursery. - Some interaction with 3 friendly dogs. - Communicate if sick or unavailable. Requirements: - Experience with infants and safety. - Good communication and taking instruction. - Patience with fussy babies. - Comfortable with contact napping. - Comfortable with dogs (no allergies).
