My husband and I both work nights fairly often so we are looking for a sitter available probably 3-4 times a month. Our daughter is slightly hard of hearing and has a speech delay so a sitter with experience with hearing impaired children would be preferred. Wed need someone to facilitate dinner, bath and bed time for her on nights when we both work.
