Babysitter Needed For 1 Child In Newark, 13 Year Old

I'm looking for a great babysitter for our 13-year-old daughter this summer. She will mostly need to be driven to and from swim practice, volunteering work, and possibly social events. We would prefer someone who is willing to plan activities to keep a teenager moving :) Simple things like going to a nature center, hanging at the pool or doing crafts. We also have a dog so being conformable with dogs is a must. The job if for 3 days a week, 10hrs a day. My usual schedule alternates between me working Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday one week, then Wednesday, Thursday, Friday the next week. That pattern usually repeats with some exceptions.
