My youngest is an infant, I'll need an occasional babysitter when our schedules overlap once I return to work. My oldest is pretty much self sufficient. My baby is formula fed and easy to care for. I'm estimating 1-2x/week to need a babysitter for my Littles. I'm a restaurant server, as is my partner and possible shifts would be 1030- 5ish or 330-1030ish
