Mother's Helper Needed For 4 Month Old Start May 27

Hi! Looking for a consistent and reliable mother's helper for our 4-month-old son starting at the end of May. My husband and I both return to work by June, and are in the search for an in home caretaker. I work from home full time but am in and out of meetings most of the day, and my husband is military with an unpredictable schedule. We are hoping to find someone that can care for our sweet guy and do age appropriate play/development while we both work. The schedule needed would be 9:00-3:00 p.m. most days with the potential for some flexibility depending on my husband's schedule and my work meetings. We have two rescue dogs- one is 10 and the other is three. Both are super friendly, but the role would require you to be comfortable around animals as they are part of our home.
