I am just trying to get some options or possibilities in mind. I will be having a baby end of January and will be taking 12 weeks leave. I will be returning to work around April 21st. I typically work 10 hours days but may go back to 8 hour days. Will need full time Monday and Tuesday. Wednesdays will vary as my husband gets off early that day. I do have daycare lined up for August. So, I may just need someone from April till August. But would consider extended solo care for my son as I am not fond of "systems". I used to nanny myself and saw the benefits of it first hand!
