As Needed Nanny/babysitter For 15 Month Old - Daytime Hours, M-F For When Daycare Is Unavailable

We are looking for an as needed nanny/babysitter for our 15-month-old for when she can't go to daycare. It could be for sickness reasons or the daycare is closed on a particular day. I (the mom) just started going back to work full time and we are finding that we need a backup caregiver for when daycare is not an option. Unfortunately, our village is very small so family and friends are not always able to help. We would need someone that could be available Monday thru Friday from 6am-4:30, either someone retired or who works a flexible schedule We have pets: 2 dogs and 3 cats. One of the dogs would be crated and we could put the other one away (they're both golden retrievers, very sweet but can be hyper). The baby's area would not be accessible to the dogs at all; we have baby gates throughout the house. Thank you for your consideration!
