We are looking for a caregiver for our 9-month-old son! We would love for him to spend time outside and among other kids and babies -- so a desire to get out of the house is a must! We are a strict no-screen family so TV or phone videos are not allowed. We would love for whoever is spending time with our boy to be focused on him -- so phones should be used minimally during the work day. We want someone who is excited to do activities with our son and help him with learning and hitting milestones -- speaking, crawling, etc.
