Flexible Part-time Nanny

Hi ! We are a family of 3 looking for care for our 18-month-old son. Currently we have an amazing nanny who watches him part time mostly Tuesdays and Thursdays but the days fluctuate depending on if mom is working from home or if dad is traveling for work. So we are looking for someone extremely flexible and who is only looking for part time work . Our ideal nanny is very patient, kind, playful, able to communicate needs with parents, reliable and educational. Our past Nannie's have been so good to us And treat our son like their own. They respect the schedule and rules we have for our child. They also are so good at engaging with our son and not use the tv much. Respect and trust for each other is huge! Our son Loves taking walks and going outside. He also Loves to play Please let us know if you are interested !
