Nanny Needed For My Children In Washington.

We are looking for a nanny for our newborn daughter. We would like to find a nanny who has the ability to watch her from approximately 8 a.m. - 6 p.m. during the week, with some flexibility to take on the occasional later evening and weekend day as needed. Both my husband and I have jobs that require working some nights and as well as weekend travel so having a nanny with the flexibility to step in with notice would be fantastic. We are looking for someone who can help us stick to a schedule for our daughter so that good habits around sleeping, etc. can be formed. We would love for someone who has past experience with newborns, and who could work with us for one year at minimum.
