About the Family: Our ideal candidate will be nurturing, patient, and proactive in ensuring our baby's developmental milestones are met. Requirements: Proven experience (5+ years) as a nanny, babysitter, or childcare professional with infants and young children. Strong understanding of infant care, developmental stages, and infant safety. Ability to create a nurturing and structured environment for the baby. - Spanish fluency is highly preferred - Certification in CPR and First Aid for infants - Background check and references required. - Patient, compassionate, and dependable with excellent communication skills. - Experience with infant sleep routines and sleep training is a plus. Bonus: - Ability to adapt and be flexible with changing schedules or needs of the family.
