Reoccurring Babysitter Needed

We are looking for an engaging individual to help care for our two toddler boys. We would like to create a reoccurring weekly schedule, but are open to more hours if you are interested. Our boys are 4 and 2. 5. They are best friends and love to play together, but find most success being together when an adult is guiding their play. Kindness is our number one family value and it is a topic we revisit daily with our boys. Our boys love trains, cars, building with blocks, puzzles, being read to, listening to music and being active. We try to be outside as much as possible when the weather is nice. Taking turns and playing cooperatively is where our boys need the most support. Olive, a 5-year-old black lab mix, is our first baby. Although her bark is loud, she just wants to say hello, give kisses and receive pats.
