Part Time Babysitter For A 6 Year Old Energetic Boy!

Part time babysitter for a 6-year-old energetic boy. I have a 6-year-old son who's in Kindergarten. I want someone who is going to be consistent, energetic, enjoy kids, responsible, open and trustworthy. Someone who can start in the next 2 weeks or sooner. I need someone to pick him up from school at 3:30 p.m. everyday and 1:30 p.m. on Wednesdays. I need someone to keep him until about 8:30 p.m. My work schedule does fluctuate and I am out earlier sometimes. I also need someone when he doesn't have school to babysit him if I have work that day.
