Looking for a daytime caregiver for an incredibly sweet, non-verbal, non-mobile 12-year-old with a complex medical condition in a very loving home. We are looking for someone attentive, compassionate and responsible to help with his care. No medical training is required - we would teach you all you need to know and ask only that you come with an open mind and willingness to learn. Care may include helping with therapies (OT, PT, etc.), playing with him, administering nutrition/meds via a feeding tube, helping with managing his care, changing diapers (only #1!) and ensuring his comfort. He is 80lbs and minimal lifting would be required 1-2x/day.
