About the job
Hi! I'm Rupa, mom to U. and N. This is my husband Emre's account. I'm just finishing four months of cancer treatment and need some after school support while I recover. Our kids (8 and 10) are wonderfully creative, intelligent and playful. Routine is to help with some kitchen cleanup, laundry and meal prep. They walk home from the neighborhood school by 3:15, eat snack, share about their day and then either have extra curricular activities to be driven to or have to do homework. The right person for our family will be more fun and engaging than Mom who will be low energy and tired through the end of 2024. You should be fun but firm; someone who can seamlessly transition from arts and crafts to homework to cooking with the kids are playing outside. You're a big friend, coach and motivator.
