Flexible Part-time Nanny

Hi ! We are a family of 3 looking for care for our almost 14month old son. Currently we have an amazing nanny who watches him part time Monday and Friday. I have started a new job requiring me to be in the office 5 days a week till December 22. So we are looking for someone extremely flexible and who is only looking for part time work . We need care for our son Tuesday - Thursday till December and then the days will fluctuate once I am able to work from home. Our ideal nanny is very patient, kind, playful, able to communicate needs with parents, reliable and educational. We want someone who is kind and who treats children like their own. We want someone who will respect the schedule and rules we have for our child. We want someone who will actually engage with our son and not use the tv much. We want to have respect and trust Our son Loves taking walks and going outside. He also Loves to play He is very active and needs someone who can be on their feet.
