Part-time Nanny Needed For 1-2 Children In Washington

I'm looking for a great regular caretaker for our cheerful, easygoing 21-month-old during weekday mornings. Our hope is that he would spend most of this time outside (he loves to be outside) and active, weather permitting. We wouldn't need help with meals or chores, but if we found someone up for it, we might also be open to a nanny share during these hours with a neighbor, who has a similarly aged child, for a higher rate.
