Nanny Needed For My Children In Washington.

My children are not little little babies and they know what to do when they get home. They need little to no direction and I will already have their afterschool snack prepped. They normally like to be in their room. They are kind, loving, active kids. Once they warm up to someone they are the sweetest ever! Looking for someone who is punctual, effectively communicates, unconditionally kind, & experienced with not just children but children the spectrum as my son is verbal but autistic. My daughter looks after her brother and does really great with communicating their wants and needs. I get off at 5 p.m. and it takes me an hour and 15 minutes to get home. So three hours during the week is all that is needed.
