About the job
Our family of four, in the Brookland neighborhood of DC, is seeking a nanny for our two boys, ages 3 and 5. We are looking for someone who enjoys spending time with children, helping them learn to be independent and resilient. The ideal candidate will have experience working with young children, be comfortable with light housekeeping and school pickup, and be able to drive. We are looking for someone who is confident in their abilities and has experience planning activities for two active kids both inside the house and around the city. We prefer someone who does not smoke and is comfortable with dogs. The current job schedule is Sunday - Thursday from 2PM-9 p.m. with a guaranteed 35 hours per week. We would be open to someone who wants 20-35 hours per week. Flexible start date, but could be as early as Sept 15.
