Be comfortable around a fussy soon to be 2-year-old who takes a few meetings to warm up but then becomes the sweetest. Be comfortable putting all three kids to bed when it's time. Be comfortable taking the kids a couple of blocks away to the park to let them burn off steam or monitor them playing in the yard.
