About the job
In search of afterschool caregiver for two boys (4 and 6) in Columbia Heights beginning August 26 through June 17. Responsibilities would include pickup from school at 3:20 p.m. dismissal. Two days a week, the 6-year-old would instead need to be picked up from a nearby afterschool activity by 6 p.m. The school is approximately . 7 miles (15 minute walk or 4 minute drive with a bus-line nearby as well) from home. Ideal candidate would speak both English and Spanish and be willing to practice some Spanish with the boys (who are learning speakers). Outdoor activities at the playground or other nearby parks when the weather is nice out also ideal. The boys are happy, curious kids and love to spend time with each other running and playing. There is a cat in the home. Hours would be 3:20 p.m. until 6:00pm, Monday through Friday.
