Just general care and attention. Both our kids want to be played with and require attention. We let them watch TV in the afternoons and go to bed around 7 p.m. we have 2 dogs and 1 cat. Our oldest name is E and she loves baby shark and playing doctor along with reading books. Our youngest is V and she loves Mrs Rachel. She is learning to walk and is a good eater. They both sleep good throughout the night but may need to be checked up on.
