Long-Term Babysitter For Our Newborn Son

We're looking for a regular babysitter for our newborn son, A, who is currently 2 months old! We work from home and have two dogs, Tanner and Reese, so we'd love to hire someone comfortable with our sweet pups as they will be in and out of the house throughout the day. This would be a long-term job for at least 6-8 months (potentially longer) as we'd like to keep him home closer to a year before starting daycare.
