Nanny/House Manager Needed

We are looking to hire someone that can help manage our 3 children (ages 13, 11 and 8) when they are home from school on Monday-Thursday. Responsibilities would include driving to and form activities, playing/babysitting, some meal prep, helping with homework, etc.. It is possible to open this position and add more hours to include home management responsibilities as well. This would include laundry, light house keeping, grocery shopping and coordination/execution of other household/family needs.
