We need a nanny for our 1 child in West Hartford. Some light tidying up would be part of our caregiver's responsibilities. The ideal candidate should have Montessori teaching experience or equivalent. The children are all homeschooled and we have recently found a homeschool for the oldest three to be part of. A former educator of 14 years created her own co-op. Now, we're looking for someone who can structure and plan developmental activities like a Montessori classroom using all the resources we have. The ideal candidate will know what the 2-year-old should know and how to teach him appropriately.
