Part-time Mother's Helper Needed For My Son. Flexible Hours!

I am a marketing professional who works from home, so I'm looking for a part-time mother's helper, rather than a nanny, to tend to my 5-month-old son while I'm focused on work. I'd also love someone available to watch my son so my husband and I can go on an occasional weeknight date! We have two dogs and a cat, so whoever we work with would ideally be comfortable with pets. I can be flexible with availability but would like to keep a consistent schedule, if possible. I look forward to meeting you!
