Mother's Helper For 3 Boys

We are looking for someone to help us with our household, both general cleaning and childcare. My wife is a SAHM and I work from home 2-3 days a week. We have three boys: a 3-year-old and twin 15-month-olds. We would like someone to help us spend more quality time with them all, either by helping with the lunch/dinner cleanups, playing with one/two of them while we tend to the others, easy dinners (making pasta, ordering pizza, etc.), or just generally keeping the house moving (dishes, laundry, sweeping, etc.). Days of the week will typically be M/Tu and one other day from 2-6 p.m.
